Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 24-29: Arrests For Assault and Battery

Tuesday, Jan. 24

Junior Sagastume, 22, of Lawrence, arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop and a warrant charge for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Richard Rosel, 46, of 40 Rich St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

Jason Ciulla, 31, of East Boston, arrested and charged with witness intimidation and assault and battery.

William Robinson, 19, of Dorchester, arrested on many counts including assault and battery, failure to stop for police, giving police a false name and among other things. Most of the charges stem from outstanding warrants.

Thursday, Jan. 26

Robert Antonellis, 45, of Dedham, arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a class B drug (subsequent offense).

Friday, Jan. 27

Victor Martinez, 44, of 17 Parmenter Road, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and on a warrant charge for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Angel Gonzalez, 26, of 216 Adams St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Jan. 28

Brain Kodzis, 19, of Canton, arrested and charged with destruction of property over $250. 

Norman Garcia-Reyes, 24, of 178 Newton St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration, driving and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Adalberto Deleon-Perez, 25 of 27 Exchange Str., arrested on a warrant charge for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Adolfo Martinez, 36, of 30 Cushing St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.

Sunday, Jan. 29

Ryan McMahon, 31, of 70 Hall St., arrested and charged with a number plate violation, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration and a warrant charge for larceny over $250.

Gustavo Gamez, 24, of 69 Rich St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
