Waltham Arrest Log, Jan. 23 - 26: Drug Arrests

Wednesday, Jan. 23
Stephanie Delima, 21, of Nashua, NH, arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a class B drug.
Marlene MacGuire, 39, of Newton, arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a person over 60.
Andrew Lutayya, 29, of, 738 Main St., arrested on warrant charges for resisting arrest, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Jan. 24
Milagros Marrero, 33, of 119 Pine St., arrested and charged with possession of a class B drug.
Leonardo Marrero, 41, of Oxford, arrested and charged with possessions of a class E substance and distributing a class B drug.
Friday, Jan. 25
Keri O’Brien, 37, of Plymouth, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license.
