Willy Villanueva, 32, of Newton, arrested and charged with starting, backing and stopping and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Somkiat Wongtouwan, 55, of Quincy, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), starting, backing and stopping and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 

Manish Gupte, 35, of 94 Adams St., arrested on two warrant charges for motor vehicle lights violations and driving with a suspended license.

Kalemba Lewis, 21, of Burlington, arrested on warrant charges for a motor vehicle lights violation, not having a vehicle registration on his person, two counts of larceny from a person over 65, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He is also charged with a number plate violation.

Monday, Jan. 14 

Robin Valdez, 25, of 10 Maple St., arrested on warrant charges for two counts of assault and battery. 

Matthew Nutile, 19, of 109 Cushing St., arrested on warrant charges for armed robbery and assault and battery.
