Waltham Arrest Log, Feb. 11 - 12: Break-In Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Feb. 11
Michael LaPointe, 35, of 17 Stratton Terrace, arrested and charged with breaking and entering (daytime felony).
Bryan Sarnelli, 40, of 12 Lowell St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Rossette Mugabe, 31, of 213 Newton St., arrested on a warrant charge for use of a vehicle without permission.
Tuesday, Feb. 12
Aidan Callahan, 30, of 83 Cabot St., arrested on warrant charges for driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
