Waltham Arrest Log, Dec. 9 - 10: Rape Arrest
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Dec. 9
Oscar Cermeno-Mateo, 34, of 291 Crescent St., arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct.
Mark Casella, 50, of 46 Lyman St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense).
Michael McCormack, 48, of 39 Clinton St., arrested and charged with rape and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Thomas O'Connell, 33, of 65 Bacon St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Monday, Dec. 10
Brian LaRosa, 21, of 283 River St., arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.
