Waltham Arrest Log, Dec. 1 - 3: Restaurant Theft

Saturday, Dec. 1
Dane Solberg, 19, of Plainville, arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Sunday, Dec. 2
David Ingalls, 21, of Chelmsford, arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Monday, Dec. 3
Jamie Aguilar-Rojas, 42, of 7 Kingsley Court, arrested and charged with defrauding a restaurant and larceny from a person.
