Waltham Arrest Log, Aug. 2 - 4: Abuse Prevention Order Violation Arrests
The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Aug. 2
- Anthony Caramanica, 38, of 36 Bacon St., arrested on four warrant charges for violating an abuse prevention order.
- Silva Da Salustiano, 38, of Weymouth, arrested and chagred with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Friday, Aug. 3
- Alexis Cedeno, 51, of 1105 Lexington St., arrested on a warrant charged for threatening to commit a crime.
- Zachary Restuccia, 23, of 123 Lauricella Ln., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense) and failure to drive in the right lane.
Saturday, Aug. 4
- Jonathan Quinlan, 42, of 18 Brown St., arrested and charged with three counts of assault and battery.
- Arturo Mendez, 20, of 364 Moody St., arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of alcohol under 21.
