• Antonio Hernandez, 22, of Falmouth, arrested and charged with drinking in public, resisting arrest, a drug violation near a school and distributing a class B drug.
• Luis Fuentes, 32, of 74 Chester Ln., arrested on warrant charges for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense), larceny over $250, attempting to commit a crime and breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat during the nighttime.
• Jose Andrades, 19, of 659 Moody St., arrested and charged with trespassing and larceny under $250.

Saturday, Aug. 18

• Jose Padilla, 35, of 109 Linden St., arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), a marked lanes violation and failure to stop or yield.
• Hernandez Duffrene, 25, of 291 River St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Kevin Lewis, 44, of 60 Oak St., arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation and a warrant charge for assault and battery. 
• Jerid Chiasson, 35, of 1082 Main St., arrested and charged with check forgery and uttering a false instrument.
