Recent Waltham Arrests: Many Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Waltham Police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, March 12

Valery Aristil, 33, of Everett, arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license. 

David Selopranoto, 20, of Needham, arrested and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and warrant charges for driving with a suspended registration, driving without an inspection sticker, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.

Christopher Ryan, 37, of Newton arrested and charged with possession of a class E drug, possession of a class B drug and possession of a class D drug. He is also charged with possession to distribute drugs.

Lee Campbell, 33, of 44 Gale St., arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a class E drug, possession of a class B drug and possession of a class C drug. 

Tuesday, March 13 

Charles Restuccia, 19, of 13 Lauricella Ln., arrested on warrant charges for breaking and entering daytime for felony, larceny over $250 and destruction of property over $250.

Wednesday, March 14

Robert Finney, 40 of 94 Adams St., arrested and charged with assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime and driving with a suspended license.
