The former Polaroid site located off of Route 20 is being torn down to make way for a new development.

City leaders and developers will hold a public meeting tonight on the planned retail complex at the former Polaroid site at 1265 Main St.
The meeting will start at 7 p.m. at the Arthur J. Clark Government Center at 119 School St., according to SPC Main St. LLC's blog. SPC Main St. LLC is the developer.
The meeting is open to the public and questions are welcome.
The site is being developed into a retail and office complex. Market Basket, TD Bank, Bonefish Grill, Starbucks and others are planned for the site.
