Pantless Man Arrested In Waltham For Indecent Exposure

An Amesbury man allegedly exposed himself to a group of people.

An Amesbury man was arrested this week after he allegedly showed his girlfriend's family his genitals, according to Waltham Police.

Kevin Donaldson, 47, of Amesbury, is facing charges for indecent exposure, assault and battery on a police officer and threatening to commit a crime, according to Waltham Police Sgt. Tim King.

Donaldson, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2012 at 5:20 p.m. after police responded to a report of an unwanted person at 9 Waltham St., the home of Donaldson's girlfriend, King said. Police arrived and learned that Donaldson had been coming down the stairs of the home, where his girlfriend's family was gathered, and displaying his genitals, King said. The family asked Donaldson to stop, but Donaldson repeated the behavior, King said.

As officers were placing handcuffs on Donaldson, he shouldered and elbowed an officer and threatened to assault one of the people in the house, King said.

Just curious, did the police report state he was "pantless" or are you assuming? And, where is Waltham St. Waltham?

Gone4Now,

There is a Cherry Street intersecting Waltham Street at the cemetery. See here: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=waltham+street,+waltham,+ma&hl=en&ll=42.363903,-71.226286&spn=0.002679,0.002532&sll=42.366218,-71.238205&sspn=0.007578,0.010128&t=h&hnear=Waltham+St,+Waltham,+Middlesex,+Massachusetts+02453&z=18

Next time, be more specific on your question. If you have an issue with our reporting, contact the police. They gave me the information.

I didn't know we had a Home for Indecent Exposure. Seems like a reasonable place to go pantless. Just saying.

Hmm I'm still stuck on the Waltham St Waltham. I know where you're talking about but I think that's Newton...

http://gisweb.city.waltham.ma.us/walthamma/default.aspx - There's no Waltham St listed. Maybe the street address is in Newton, but the house is in Waltham or something. I'm just confused.

That's the high numbered end of High Street and the low numbered end of Waltham St, Newton but poking around the Newton GIS it looks to start 61...

I was born and brought up right around the corner in Waltham. It has always been Newton.

PS Ryan, I hit "Flag as Inappropriate" in error earlier

WHSHawk,

That link is riddled with other geographic mistakes and not trustworthy. I have reviewed it in the past.

That's annoying that the city doesn't keep them updated.

There doesn't seem to be any Assessors' information on it either: http://waltham.patriotproperties.com/default.asp or any deeds http://www.masslandrecords.com/MiddlesexSouth/ - though the latter I know to be have really badly indexed data and the former I assume to be just inaccurate as the GIS data. Oh well.

Think maybe the family should start questioning this girl's choice in a "boyfriend".

With so many stores and eating establishments posting their "no shoes, no shirt, no service" signs, I guess they will need to do an update to be more inclusive.

I love those signs, I always infer that pants are optional.

The intersection in question is not Waltham and Cherry, it's High St. and Joyce Rd., Waltham. Will this comment be censored, too?

It's Massachusetts, since when do roads, names and locations mean anything?
Coming out of Newton there is a Waltham Street but becomes Lexington Street out of Waltham until it's Waltham Street out of Lexington. ]My head is spinning....
But, back to the guy without pants - we need more on this. People are fascinating. Some will do really good things, humanitarian things, write or even invent wonderful stuff and others...well, they pull down their pants and...hmm, are you familiar with the British term "wanker"?
