Pair in Waltham Home Invasion Held Without Bail

Both men will return to court on Friday, Dec. 14.

 

Two men charged with a home invasion in Walham will return to court on Friday for a dangerousness hearing, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office. 

Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, of Chelmsford will appear in Waltham District Court on Dec. 14, according to the DA's office. The pair is being held without bail pending that hearing.

Laventure faces the following charges: discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, three counts of armed assault in a dwelling, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, one count of intimidation of a witness, two counts of armed robbery, three counts of assault and battery, one count of use of a firearm in commission of a felony and carrying a firearm without a firearms ID card. Fournier faces the same charges, except for the firearms allegations.

The pair was arraigned in Waltham District Court on Monday, Dec. 10 after allegedly committing the home invasion on Friday, Dec. 7 at 243 Lake St. Laventure allegedly shot at three people but did not hit them. 

No information has been issued about why the pair invaded the house.

A dangerousness hearing? If your carrying a loading gun & discharging it at people while robbing them and holding them hostage I'm pretty sure your dangerous!!
