Pair Charged in Waltham Home Invasion Head To Court Today

Police say the two men committed an armed home invasion in Waltham.

 

Two men who allegedly committed an armed home invasion on Friday, Dec. 7 will face a judge on Monday, Dec. 10 at Waltham District Court.

Andre Laventure, 26, of Manchester, New Hampshire and Cameron Fournier, 24, Chelmsford will be arraigned on serious charges that they entered a Lake Street home and attempted to rob its three occupants. Police say Laventure fired a gunshot at the three individuals.

Laventure faces charges for: two counts of kidnapping, three counts of attempted murder, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a home and home invasion.

Fournier faces charges for: home invasion and assault and battery.

The pair was arrested hours after police issued alerts saying they were considered armed and dangerous.
