I commend mr edmund tarallo for putting a hold on these dangerous smart water meter... according to the underwriters laboratories, world health organization smart meter are a fire and health hazord... and frm cia director james woosley said "smart meters are a dumb idea if your concerned with national defense.. I dnt want radiation from these inaccurate hazardous socalled smart meter
