UPDATE: 7:03 p.m.: According to the Waltham 911 Dispatch center, Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya has been found safe. He was found just over town line in Newton on Waltham Street.

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who went missing on Jan. 19.
Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya, 40, is described as an Hispanic man, 5 feet, 6 inches tall weighing 125 pounds with a small amount of facial hair, according to an alert distributed by police. He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue t-shirt. The man went missing from the downtown area of Waltham around 4 p.m.
The man has a history of medical problems and should not be alone, according to the alert.
