UPDATED, 9:10 p.m.: Moya has been located in Watertown and taken to Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, according to Waltham Police Officer Kristin Tracey's Twitter feed.

Waltham Police are searching for a man who went missing around 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 3.
Carlos Wilfredo Orellana Moya, 40, was last seen wearing an orange jacket and pajama pants, according to a citywide alert. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. He has a small amount of facial hair. Moya has a history of medical issues and should not be outside alone.
Moya was last seen in the area of 85 Charles St., according to police.

The police should have included the area in which he was last seen on the Reverse 911 last night. It would have encouraged more people to go outside and look if they knew he was in their neighborhood.
Please don't be so unkind about receiving more than one call. Someday, it could be your friend or family member.

I think the system is great, but I think some measures should be put in place in their home to better alert them to his leaving. Chimes on doors, locks, perhaps a monitoring bracelet like they have for small children.
