Is this the guy I've been getting "Reverse 911" calls about?

I'm just tired of getting confusing calls that sound like they're looking for "Carlos Wilfredo or Allana Moya"

The police should have included the area in which he was last seen on the Reverse 911 last night. It would have encouraged more people to go outside and look if they knew he was in their neighborhood.

Please don't be so unkind about receiving more than one call. Someday, it could be your friend or family member.

I think the system is great, but I think some measures should be put in place in their home to better alert them to his leaving. Chimes on doors, locks, perhaps a monitoring bracelet like they have for small children.
