A Waltham man has been indicted on serious weapons and drug charges, according to the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
A Middlesex Superior Court grand jury has indicted Kamil Messac-Sylvain, 21 on charges of trafficking cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a class D drug (subsequent offense), violating an abuse prevention order, two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card, resisting arrest and assault and battery of a public employee.
The indictment stems from a March incident during which police found guns and ammo at the home Messac-Sylvain had been living in, police said.
