Another Waltham Restaurant Closes

The Costa Rican restaurant off of Moody Street is now vacant.

The Boca Restaurant & Bar located off of Moody Street has closed, according to the Boston Globe.

The Costa Rican restaurant which opened on Pine Street six years ago, was sold, co-owned Roger Becker told the Globe. Becker said he wanted to focus on his other business.

The closing is the third in recent months. Upper Crust on Moody Street recently closed in the wake of the company's financial and legal troubles. Also, Sadie's Saloon and Eatery, located next to Boca, recently closed.

With Sadie's and Boca both now closed, do we see some kind of redevelopment on that end of Pine Street?

I wouldn't take the "Globe" story seriously. They showed a picture of Asian Grill, obviously closed, captioned as "still open."
