'Steps to Quit Smoking' at Mount Auburn Hospital

Quitting smoking improves your health and saves you money!

STEPS TO QUIT is a 6-week program that helps you stop smoking for good! In the class you will learn how to deal with nicotine withdrawal, and how to learn new healthy behaviors. The program is taught by a smoking treatment specialist. 

This program is offered free of charge.

Also, you can go to American Lung Association's website. They have a stop smoking website for the different stages that you may be at. It really worked for me. Reading and typing all the feelings that smokers go through on the road to being a non-smoker. Just check it out - it's really good. I also used the nicotine patch for the 10 weeks. It worked. I have been smoke free since 4/23/07 - that's 5 years, 10 months, 5 days (don't laugh - you'll do it to when you quit). Good Luck!
