Patch Reader: Stabbing on Maple Street Sends One To Hospital

Around 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, a person was stabbed with a knife on Maple Street near the BP Gas Station. Multiple police units, fire and an ambulance responded. The victim was transported to Beth Isreal Medical Center in Boston. The incident is currently under investigation by the Waltham Police Department.

Monday October 3rd Update: According to the Waltham Police and the news tribune a 32-year old hispanic male was stabbed with a knife in his torso around 7:53PM during a fight. The victim was transported to Beth Israel Medical Center in Boston with Life threatening injuries. As of Sunday night he is in serious but stable condition. The Waltham Police Department is continuing to invetsigate and have not made any arrests.
