I want to express my condolences to Mayor McCarthy and her family for the loss of her mother. Out of respect to Mayor McCarthy and her family and after speaking with President Waddick, I will be postponing the issue of snow removal until [the] March 4 [City Council meeting]. Please keep the Mayor and her family in your prayers.
