Main Street Marketplace Construction Begins

Construction of the new 45,000 Square Foot Strip Mall called Main Street Marketplace has begun this month. Crews from Kidder Building & Wrecking Inc. of New Hampshire demolished the Former Vacant Bickford's Restaurant Yesterday. Next crews will demolish the Former Ford Service Center. Crews from Pitt Pipeline of Waltham is starting site work which will include regrading the site and installing new utilities.

 The developer will install a new traffic control signal at the Main Street & Prospect Hill Road intersection later this year to handle traffic going in & out of the plaza.

When completed in Late 2012/ Early 2013 Main Street Marketplace will be home to Chipotle Restaurant, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Panera Bread, Massage Envy & Supercuts.

Curious how this construction project is going? What stage are you at? We are going to be doing some roofing in Carlisle MA and were thinking about swinging by to see if the roof installation had begun. http://www.olympicroofing.com/carlisle-ma-roofing/

Wow 3 more resturants in Waltham just what we don't need!! How about an Old Navy or 5 Below? Maybe even a Christmas Tree Shop?! There's nowhere good to get Kids clothes!!! Waltham has no good stores and I waa hoping that this mini mall would Have something good!
