Linda was Born on April 23, 1928 to the late John and Adeline Simoes. Linda had been a resident of Waltham for longer than 50 years.  She was an active member in the community and a member of the North Waltham Senior Citizens Association. She took much joy in life and spent time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an avid reader, frequented restaurants and traveled. Summers were spent in Meredith, NH.

She was predeceased by her brother, Manuel Simoes and Dorothy Ruble.

Her Mass of Christian Burial was held at Saint Jude Church, and she was laid to rest in the Mount Feake Cemetery.
