Spend Public Lands Day building a boardwalk on the Western Greenway trail south of the YMCA. This 104-foot bridge will span part of the trail that is subject to washouts in heavy rain. Speaking of heavy rain, this event is only cancelled if there is thunder and lightning, so please come even if it is raining; that's when volunteers are needed most. Meet at the trailhead by the first bend in the YMCA driveway. Session 1 is 8:30-11:30am, session 2 is 12:30-3:30pm. Work all day and enjoy a pizza lunch.

Please bring water bottles and wear protective clothing/shoes.
